Everyone who attends the conference will receive a one-year complimentary membership to the Small Museum Association. Learn more about membership here
. Advanced registration will close Friday, February 1st, 2019.
After that point, registration rates will increase.
The conference is being held at The Hotel at the University of Maryland, 7777 Baltimore Avenue, College Park, MD, and we are offering a special discounted rate to our attendees. It is $112 a night for single and double rooms, $122 a night for a triple and $132 a night for a quad. Please call to reserve your room at 1-844-954-6835 and mention the Small Museum Association conference to get the discounted rate. Reservation cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance to avoid a room charge of one night. Please note: Room block rates end January 30. Reservations after that day for a room will increase in price and a room may not be guaranteed in The Hotel.

To cancel a registration please contact the registrar at email@example.com. Registrations cancelled up to 2 weeks prior to the conference will be refunded at 50%. Cancellations after this time will not receive a refund.
